3 Gates:

Gate 1: Ceremonial opening & intention setting. Assessing what needs to be emotionally, spiritually, and energetically released and what one will be calling forth and in.

Gate 2: Using the seven chakras as a map to open, cohere, and align the central channel of the energetic body, we wake up the “shashuma points” along the meridians of the body. If necessary, we will begin with a Cord Cutting anointing ritual on the back of the body, then the rest of our work will be on the front body. I utilize a collection of shamanic modalities from Solar Harmonic Tuning forks, to essential oils, feathers, bells, chimes, and crystals. Every session is intuitive and slightly different. You will be laying on a massage table during the anointing.

Gate 3: Integration and embodying your experience. Light sacraments and water. You are encouraged to go slow and ease in your day. Check in & review integration.
